At Maryam’s Bridal, we understand that a wedding gown is one of the most meaningful and cherished garments a client will ever own. Every gown entrusted to us is handled with exceptional care, expertise, and attention to detail throughout the alteration, cleaning, and preservation process.

Due to the delicate nature of bridal fabrics, lace, beadwork, embellishments, trims, and specialty materials, as well as factors such as age, previous wear, storage conditions, manufacturer construction, or pre-existing weaknesses, unexpected issues may occasionally occur despite careful handling.

Maryam’s Bridal is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing garment conditions, weakened or deteriorated fabrics, hidden defects, previous alterations, improper care instructions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In the rare event that damage is determined to have been directly caused by our service, any compensation will be evaluated based on the gown’s current condition, age, fair market value, and the circumstances of the situation. Any liability shall be limited to the agreed value of the service and/or the documented value of the gown, unless a different amount has been agreed upon in writing prior to service.

By submitting a gown for alterations, cleaning, or preservation, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
